A little about the poeple that make 4P Connect

David Jenkins, Managing Partner

David has worked within the FMCG talent acquisition space for over 20 years hiring across sales, category, shopper & brand marketing for businesses such as Nestle, Proctor & Gamble and Fever Tree. He has consulted with global corporates, private equity houses & SME’s on organisational development, talent strategies, DE&I and pipelining.
David’s two daughters – Summer & Phoebe – keep him on his toes & he can still be seen turning out in the occasional 5 a-side football match, albeit he’s been relegated to goalkeeper over the past year!

Amit Malhan, Managing Partner

Amit is a highly experienced business leader and consultant, specialising across Category Development and Shopper Marketing with over 20 years FMCG experience. He has driven transformational and positive change - from implementation of whole teams to deployment of best practice and coaching existing teams.
With a busy household of 2 young and very active kids who love their sport, if they’re not working, Amit and his wife are taking the kids to training or matches.
